Terms & Conditions — ind66

The following terms carry the meanings assigned below throughout this Agreement. Familiarity with these definitions is essential for understanding your rights and obligations as a member of the ind66 platform.

Use of the ind66 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions simultaneously. By registering or continuing to use the platform, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party).
2. You are at least 21 years of age. ind66 enforces a mandatory 21+ age restriction across all services. This threshold applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
3. You are accessing ind66 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law, or where prohibition is not actively enforced against individual users.
4. You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative for any other individual in the creation or use of an Account.
5. You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from ind66 or any affiliated platform.
6. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of ind66 or its parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies.
7. You are not located in any jurisdiction that the Company has identified as a restricted territory. Restricted territory determinations are made at the Company's sole discretion and are subject to change without prior notice.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the ind66 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. ind66 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — including your username and password. ind66 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login details. You must notify ind66 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

ind66 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via Indonesian payment methods. All transaction amounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following methods are currently supported:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ind66 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the registered Member. ind66 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request, regardless of whether prior KYC has been completed, at its sole discretion.

ind66 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independently of ind66. Members are advised to check with their payment provider regarding any applicable charges.

ind66 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (the applicable multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements must be met within the promotional validity period.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Only one active bonus may be claimed per Member per promotional period. Attempting to claim the same promotion via multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in disqualification.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting bets typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and table games may contribute at reduced rates as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a Bonus is active, the maximum bet per round or per bet slip is limited to Rp 50.000 or the equivalent, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets placed above this limit during an active bonus period may be voided.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or partially-wagered bonuses expire after 30 days from the date of crediting unless stated otherwise. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account without notice.
• ind66 Right to Modify: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via the platform or by email where practicable.
• Suspected Abuse: ind66 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and suspend an Account if there is evidence of systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to: coordinated betting patterns, use of automated tools, or collusion between players.

ind66 provides a range of wagering and gaming services including, but not limited to, sports betting (football, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and Piala AFF), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino, slot games, crash games, table games, and e-sports markets.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the ind66 platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at ind66's sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason, particularly where there is suspicion of match-fixing, irregular activity, or data feed error.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final binding odds for that wager. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and are subject to temporary suspension during key match events.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by sport, league, market, and Member account tier. Limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Void Bets: A bet will be voided and the stake returned if a match or event is cancelled, postponed beyond the specified settlement window, or if settlement data cannot be confirmed from ind66's official data providers.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the Member must contact support within 48 hours of the disputed settlement. ind66's decision, after review, is final and binding.
• Error Correction: Where a bet is placed or settled as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect market description, or system malfunction — ind66 reserves the right to correct the error and re-settle the bet at the correct terms, or void the bet entirely.

ind66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all services. We provide a comprehensive suite of player-protection tools to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately. Increases to existing limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may define a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month. When the threshold is reached, further wagering is automatically suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set a maximum session duration, after which the Account is automatically logged out.
• Reality-Check Reminders: Pop-up notifications can be activated at intervals of 30, 60, or 90 minutes during active sessions, displaying elapsed time and net balance.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request a temporary break (1–6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. Contact support at [email protected] to activate this option.

All content on the ind66 platform — including but not limited to the brand name ind66, the logo, website design, graphics, text, data compilations, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ind66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ind66 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any ind66 content without prior written consent from the Company.
• Using automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access, collect, or interact with platform data.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any ind66 software.
• Creating derivative works based on ind66's brand assets or platform design.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ind66, its parent companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the ind66 platform.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, third-party network outages, force majeure events, or governmental action.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any decisions made in reliance on odds, statistics, game results, or other information provided on the platform that are affected by data errors or technical malfunctions.
• Gambling losses incurred through use of the platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk, and all wagering decisions are made at the Member's sole discretion and risk.

Where ind66 is found liable despite the limitations above, the Company's maximum aggregate liability to a Member in respect of any single event shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ind66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (non-exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or funding of illegal activities.
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Use of automated betting tools, bots, or prohibited software.
• Collusion with other Members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits via the Member's payment provider.
• Discovery that the Member was underage (under 21) at the time of registration.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Upon permanent Account closure, any verified withdrawable balance (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to the completion of any pending investigations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ind66 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement that cannot be resolved through ind66's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable licensing territory.

For Members accessing ind66 from Indonesia: you acknowledge that online gambling occupies a complex legal environment in the Republic of Indonesia. By registering and using ind66, you represent that you have independently assessed the legal position applicable to your personal circumstances and that you are using the platform at your own discretion and risk. ind66 makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling in any specific Indonesian province or administrative region.

ind66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or via a platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Changes of a minor or non-material nature (for example, typographic corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of Members) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the ind66 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request Account closure.
